Flower Exchanging Festival
The Flower Exchanging Festival is uniquely celebrated in Fucheng, Haikou City on the fifteenth day of the first lunar month. On the day, people head to the streets carrying fresh flowers, exchanging bouquets with each other, and sending good wishes.
