Braised noodles with seafood
In Hainan, noodles are made in a variety of ways, including braised noodles with seafood. The preparation method is very simple. You need to prepare the following ingredients: clams, shrimps, Bombay duck (fish), gingers, scallions, salt, white pepper, rice wine, hand-rolled noodles, and Field mustard (vegetable).
First, wash the fish, shrimps, and clams, sprinkle a spoonful of salt and rice wine on them, and marinate for 10 minutes.
