On March 26, 2024, the Haikou City Exhibition at the Dongyu Island Cultural Park officially opened to the public. Showcasing the charm of Haikou in eight major sections and ten exhibition halls, it highlights the city's high points in terms of the development of the free trade port, historical architecture, volcanic ecology, temples, intangible cultural heritage performances, and local food.
