Gongjiwan Qing Bu Liang(公鸡碗清补凉), opened in 1981, is a traditional dessert brand in Haikou. There are only three classic flavors, namely brown sugar water, coconut water, and coconut milk. The store provides plenty of ingredients in the Qing Bu Liang, including red beans, mung beans, red dates, longan, peanuts, lotus seeds, dong gua yi (a chewy ingredient made with cassava starch). Another good thing about here is that you can refill unlimited coconut water.
