The 2023 Southeast Asian Food Carnival and the 2nd Hainan Chicken Rice Festival were held from Dec. 1-3, 2023, at the Wormhole Library in Haikou. It features more Southeast Asian cuisine elements to make the event more international. In addition to the Southeast Asian Food Carnival, the event offers an immersive Hainan Chicken Rice market, a 100-meter-long table banquet, and online Hainan chicken promotions, bringing the feast of Hainan flavor to all.
