Typical of Baoluo Town, in Wenchang City, this snack is a firm favourite of local people, helping to kick off the the day in style, giving plenty of energy.

A balm of vitality to awaken your senses, it can be tasted as a soup, if you prefer the original dish. This is what differentiates it from Hainan Rice noodles, which are also not as thick.

Cooked with pork and beef bone, the snack becomes even tastier once other delicious ingredients are added, creating a colourful delicacy that you won’t be able to resist. Typically, roasted peanuts, sesame, bamboo, vegetables, pig offal and beef jerky are added.
