In Haikou, locals like having different kinds of noodles for breakfast, such as Hainan noodles, Baoluo noodles, Hou’an noodles, which are rice noodles. Apart from these, they also like Hainanese Yi Mein(Yi-Fu soup noodles), in which the noodle is fried and made from egg and flour.
