When it comes to Hainan's ecologically friendly architecture, Haikou's Wormhole Library—located in the former public Music Square—is an airy, spacious facility that blurs the lines between city and nature with a  design that hopes to bring new possibilities to the urban coastal space and integrate art into the daily life of Haikou.
