In order to provide better comprehensive services for foreigners living and working in Haikou, and facilitate foreigners to better and more conveniently understand Haikou. Recently, the Haikou Foreign Affairs Office has developed a WeChat APP called "Haikou Service Guide", which provides comprehensive information for foreigners in Haikou. The app content includes the promotional video "Opportunities Haikou, Vitality Haikou", clothing, delicacy, housing, transportation, entertainment, communication, banking, insurance, medical care, work, establishment of foreign-funded enterprises, laws and regulations, and preferential policies and approval procedures in both English and Chinese language. This WeChat app will be officially launched in the early morning of January 1, 2024.
